Operative management buy Arenso Oy’s offshore wind business
Arenso was founded in the demerger of Suomen Hyötytuuli Oy in the autumn of 2024. The company has over twenty-five years of experience in developing, constructing and operating wind energy.
Part of Arenso Oy’s operative management has now bought the company’s offshore wind business and brand. Following the transaction, Arenso’s offshore team along with foundation technology and bird radar know-how has been transferred to the new company. The research permits related to offshore wind projects in the EEZ are also included in the transaction.
The company will continue operating under the same name, with an initial focus on developing offshore technology and business. Arenso also continues its work on Tahkoluoto Offshore Oy’s offshore wind project.
Arenso’s board members are Mr. Toni Sulameri, Managing Director, Mr. Esa Holttinen, Business Director, and Mr. Petri Mikola, Project Director.
